PLEASE NOTE Our tape in extensions are custom made at our hair factory, so processing time is longer: 8-10 business days for normal processing time! For any other custom colors please leave a description in the notes of what shade is wanted; processing time may be longer for custom color. Shipping is 3-5 business days as normal.

All products have a standard shipping rate of $13 DHL, FedEx, UPS Shipping.
Normal Processing time is 2-4 days and shipping is 3-5 business days. It could be slightly longer due to the pandemic.
No orders will be shipped out on weekends or holidays.
Products that need to be customized may take an ADDITIONAL 2-3 days for processing.

Always handle your wig gently. Brush your wig with a wig brush before washing to remove tangles and spray build up. Wash your wig regularly. Your wig should be washed after every wear, or every four to six weeks.
